Again, author opinion? This wiki is based on also having the author hate them, not just being written to be hated or have little to no "Evil is Cool" moments.

@Emperor Vintage. Ok, do you know the author's opinion on shou tucker or professor goedelitz? No, from what I know, the authors of the story never said that they where meant to be hated, but we presumed then to be so based on their terrible actions and unlikable personality, which made a part of the audience hate them

Then might sound like a yes, though I do suggest you make these "Is X a X trope" posts with context as to why they count, and to capitalize the first letter of any characters you say there names of.
