Unlike their original counterparts, they are bullies and had read Luz's private notepad, making Luz hostile to Amity who had nothing to do with it. They're mischievous, sure, but they're disrespectful in a bad way and didn't show remorse for their actions.
It reeks of NPE-lite, having only three entries that only list off her crimes. Can we really include her here?
Also, I'm questioning the exploitation tag on her page.
It's been bugging me, actually. He's no Magnificent Baddie (he's portrayed as a scumbag) or Love Exalted (he's Satan obviously). I don't think it would make sense that he would be Entertainingly Detestable (Superbook is a Christian show. Why would it make an evil figure appealing for the sake of it other than portray him as a deceiving scumbag?). Therefore, he's either a Hate Sink ( either by WOG or intent) or he's a Likability Scale Purgatory. What do you think?

For context, the show is about terrifying deaths caused by idiocy, which are more often than not incredibly gory.
Lately, I've been seeing 1,000 Ways to Die pages on here, and I've been thinking about putting the deletion template on them for this reason and because the pages are incredibly poorly written.

I would say yes because he did everything cruel to his species plus he betrayed humanity by sellling them to the combine

Give her more characterization, obviously.
Make her revealed to be a jerk to EVERYONE, not just Peeta and Katniss.
Make her abusive to her husband, having only married him for his bread, and only having children to watch them die in the Games, making her a huge sadist.
Have her be implied to have SA'd Peeta as a kid. (This would also make her eligible for NPE as she has way less resources than President Snow and Alma Coin yet suffers from fridge horror)
Have her fully support the Hunger Games, making her even more of a sadist.
Have her actually be confirmed to have attempted murder on Peeta and his siblings multiple times.
And finally, when she is confirmed to be killed in the bombing of District 12, have Katniss reveal she was utterly disgusted by her actions and be glad she's gone. This proves her death wasn't played for sympathy at all but instead for karma and satisfaction due to all of the disgusting things she has done.
They have no evil is cool moments and reason for Cinder’s fall to villainy and abusive towards her
