Abigail Brown is a major antagonist in the Diary of a Wimpy Kid book series.
She started dating Rowley after the Valentine's Day Dance in order to make her boyfriend, Michael Sampson, jealous.
What Makes Her a Hate Sink?[]
- She insisted that she, Greg, and Rowley eat at a restaurant before the party. She than ordered an expensive meal at only took two bites out of it.
- She was part of the reason Greg ended up getting Chicken Pox.
- She pretended to be in love with Rowley so that she could make Michael Sampson jealous. When her plan finally succeeded, she cast in aside.
- By this act, she caused a crisis in the relationship between Greg and Rowley, which left Greg alone without friends.
- Even while Greg and Rowley were still friends, she coldly chastised their activity of blowing bubbles in milk by calling it immature.
- She treated Rowley almost as horribly as Greg did, forcing him to carry her backpack up a hill and scolding him for being immature.
- Her plan to get Michael back was a complete success, making her a Karma Houdini.
- She has no comedic qualities.
- While she did come off as sympathetic due to being cheated on by her boyfriend and being humiliated by Greg, she subverts any sympathy she use to have by manipulating Rowley into following her every move.
