Ace Remacho, also known as Ezekiel 'El Grosso' Remancho in the original Spanish version, and Flash in the UK dub, is the main antagonist of the 2013 Argentine animated movie Underdogs, which was known as Metegol in its native Argentina and The Unbeatables in the United Kingdom.
He is an arrogant soccer player and a sore loser who once lost to Jake in a game of table foosball, and would try to challenge him in a real-life soccer match.
In the original Spanish dub, his adult self was voiced by Diego Ramos, while his younger self was voiced by Mariana Otero. In the British English dub, he was voiced by Anthony Head as an adult and by Jack Maison-Hayman as a child. And in the American English dub, he was voiced by Nicholas Hoult as an adult and by Brooklyn Beckham as a child.
What Makes Him a Hate Sink?[]
- When he was young, he would bully everyone in his hometown.
- He kicks the ball at two people in the café for no reason other than pettiness.
- He makes fun of Jake by saying that he’s to scared to challenge him in a game of table foosball.
- When he challenges Jake, he cheats by winning on his turn when Jake couldn’t play.
- When Jake defeats him, he arrogantly says that he never looses and tries to steal some money from the cashier, only to be kicked out of the café, which is played for satisfaction.
- After he and his friends are kicked out, he throws a rock at a statue while vowing that he will make his hometown like him whether they like or not.
- When he returns to the town, he reveals that he bought the property and intends to build a large arena after demolishing the town.
- He has bulldozers demolish the cafe, which is also the home to the main foosball teams.
- After that, his helicopter takes away the foosball table that inhabits the foosball teams, leaving only Capi as the sole survivor.
- After destroying the cafe, he takes Laura to his helicopter while Amadeo screams for her name. This act is what sets off Amadeo to save his childhood friend and the town.
