Colonel Alberto Fussar is a major antagonist in the 2018 western action-adventure video game Red Dead Redemption II, serving as the main antagonist of the Guarma chapter.

He is the tyrannical governor of the island of Guarma, as well as a Cuban Military colonel and sugar plantation owner who exploits the population for his benefits.

He was voiced by Alfredo Narciso.

What Make Him a Hate Sink?

• He brutally enslaved the entire island of Guarma, forcing the inhabitants to work to death on their sugar plantations. His bondage methods are the most brutal in the entire franchise.
• He also imports slaves from the United States and Haiti to work in his plantations.
• He has anyone who opposes him or tries to escape tortured, interrogated and/or executed, and also uses them to lure others.
• He is very sadistic, as he relishes in the pain and suffering of his slaves and laughs while his guards beat a captured Javier Escuella.
• He tried to kill Arthur Morgan and the rest of the Van der Linde gang.
