Alicia Lohmeyer is a secondary antagonist in Code Geass R2. She was the advisor to Nunnally vi Britannia, but she frequently opposed her decisions as a Viceroy, and even attempted to perform the exact opposite of her decisions on several occasions.

She was voiced by Akeno Watanabe in the Japanese anime, and Dorothy Elias-Fahn in the English dub.

What Makes Her a Hate Sink?

• She is incredibly racist, as she despises any Japanese people in Area 11, including Suzaku Kururugi, despite him being a Knight of the Round, the highest-ranking position in the Britannian military. This is the main reason she opposes every single decision Nunnally makes, since Nunnally is pro-Japanese.
• When Zero is exiling one million Japanese people from Area 11, she attempts to start a massacre of them by firing at them, only to be stopped by Suzaku.
• She always tries to find a way to make life worse for the Japanese people in Area 11.
• When Kallen Kozuki is being imprisoned, she attempts to have her executed without Nunnally's permission while she's away, since Nunnally was completely against it, only being stopped by Sayoko.
