Alicia Spencer is a minor character in American Horror Story Coven. She is the sexually abusive mother of Kyle Spencer. She was portrayed by Mare Winningham.

What makes her a Hate Sink?

• After her husband (Kyle's father) left them, she began having an incestuous relationship with Kyle against his will. Kyle was very uncomfortable about this, which is seen when he's revived following his death.
• She downplays the heinousness of her actions, saying that she was merely being possessive of Kyle, and trying to justify her actions by suggesting that Kyle needed them as much as she did, showing n remorse for them.
• She continues sexually abusing Kyle following his resurrection until he finally fights back and kills her.
• Overall, she was so horrible that Kyle never shows regret for killing her despite her having been his own mother.
