Arthur McGowens is the main antagonist of the 2012 Nickelodeon original movie Rags.
He is the greedy father of Andrew and Lloyd, and Charlie's cruel stepfather.
He is portrayed by Robert Moloney.
What Makes Him a Hate Sink?[]
- He has shown to be a very bad parent to Charlie.
- And while he has shown favoritism to his biological twin sons, Andrew and Lloyd, he only cared to make them famous and get rich off of them.
- He also doesn't seem to love Charlie's deceased mom. as he called her Karaoke a "dump" and sold her Piano.
- He has shown to be a bad boss to Diego and Martha.
- He stole Charlie's ticket to the private party that Katie gave to him originally. in an attempt to get his son's band famous.
- Upon discovering that Charlie is Rags. He and Andrew would conspire to prevent Charlie from revealing himself and make Andrew "Rags".
- He would gloat on Charlie for failing to reveal himself.
- It was later revealed that he embezzled the karaoke store from Charlie. Which was originally going to be his by his mother's will,
- Him and Andrew becoming the new janitors of the karaoke is not played for sympathy but satisfaction.
