Arturo Roman is one of the minor antagonists of Money Heist. He used to be the Director of the Royal Mint of Spain until his firing due to the robbery, and willingly entered the second heist in search for glory, as well as a chance to kill Monica and Denver for taking his child away.
He is played by Enrique Arce.
What Makes Him a Hate Sink?[]
- Is a cold and mean boss to the Royal Mint of Spain employees.
- Started an affair with Monica Gaztambide, his employee, after getting bored with his marriage.
- After being informed that Monica is pregnant with his child, he scolded her and tried to force her into getting an abortion without her consent.
- Tried to disobey the Heist Team, putting himself and others in danger.
- As a result, when he is strapped with (fake) bombs, no one spoke in defense of him.
- Tried to sell out hostages with whom he planned to escape the Bank, nearly dooming them.
- After realizing that Monica is falling for Denver, he tried to pick a fight with both of them.
- Accidentally blurts out Monica's name when apologizing to his wife after getting shot by Raquel.
