Belmondo is the main antagonist of the Pokémon X and Y the series episode "Confronting the Darkness". He's a evil scientist who stole Clembot's blueprints and made his own evil Clembot who he uses to commit crimes.
He was voiced by Sean Schemmel.

- He's an evil scientist who stole Clembot's blueprints and made his own evil Clembot, who he uses to commit crimes to frame Clembot.
- He made his evil Clembot commit crimes such as theft, tampering, etc.
- His goal is just to ruin Clembot's reputation and Clemont's reputation too.
- He wanted to frame himself as a hero which is very realistically evil of him.
- Him and his Clembot show no care for their Pokémon.
- He's extremely petty.
- He refused arrest at first.
- He programmed his Clembot to not care about his Pokémon well being.
- He coldly called Clemont a fool and said the only thing that's important about battling is winning.
- In the end he gets karma and a extremely satisfying defeat of getting arrested by the police.
- His Clembot is just as cruel as he is but unlike his creator he's created to be evil making him a villain by proxy.
- He may be very smart but it doesn't detract from his vileness.
