William “Billy” Marteen is a major antagonist of the movie Halloween Ends. He is the drummer of the Haddonfield High School Marching Band who bullied Corey Cunningham.

He was portrayed by Marteen.

What Makes Him a Hate Sink?[]

He along with Terry Tramer, Margo and his girlfriend Stacy forced Corey to buy them a six-pack of beers despite them being only 17-18 years old.
He rudely called Corey an offensive name for refusing to buy them beer and claimed he yet had the guts to kill Jeremy Allen when Corey accidentally caused Jeremy to go over the banister in 2019.
He egged Terry on when he called Corey a “Little Pedo creep and a Psycho Babysitter”.
On the 28th, he along with Terry Tramer, Margo and Stacy cornered Corey on the overpass. He called Corey a “Cool Kid”, blocked his path, and told him not to leave Terry hanging when Terry offered “handshakes and friendships”. After Terry knocked Corey down for not accepting, he stood on Corey’s glasses fully knowing Corey needs them to see. He mocks him for the possible cheap glasses saying “Dollar-store designer frames?”.
He shoved Corey onto the hood of the car, causing Corey to finally have the guts to try and stand up for himself.
He showed no sign of fear when Corey pulled out Laurie’s pocket knife she gave him, antagonizing the stressed and aggravated Corey by saying “You gonna murder us same way you killed that kid?”, knowing that Corey wouldn’t be able to so he took the chance and knocked the knife away with his drumstick.
He grabbed Corey from behind causing him to struggle and stumble back into Terry, who then threw Corey over the overpass.
He mockingly joked about Corey falling without any broken bones saying “Little dick busted it”. He kept looking down at the unconscious Corey as well as looking to his left to make sure that there was no by-passers and mockingly said “little prick deserved it”.
He drove Terry Tramer, Margo and Stacy to the salvage junkyard that Corey works at, following Corey after they found “Psycho” scratched onto Terry’s father's car. He showed that he had no care by calling the salvage junkyard a dump.
He was fully willing to go with Terry’s plan for him to back the car up, for Stacy to run a chain through the wheel of Corey’s motorcycle, and for them to tie it to the back of the car until it was destroyed.
