What Makes Him A Hate Sink?

• He rapes And kills children out of sadism.
• Whenever he kills his child victims, he would clean their remains to hide his tracks.
• When he encounters The Violator When he asked him he likes kids he was doing a nasty smile on his face showing he likes doing bad things to them he accepted in taking the paper given by the Violator which shows the location of Cyan is going to be held.
• He kills some of Tony Twist’s Goons and Kidnaps Cyan and presumably Raped Her as said by the Violator while laughing how he raped her.
• he takes Cyan into his home and proceeds to torture her while playing music and telling her to dance with him.
• When Spawn shows up to stop him he throws the candles at him while scaring Cyan when Spawn was being burned Billy started to laugh sadistically at him being burned and escaping with Cyan.
• While being chased by The police he almost hurt some homeless people while recklessly driving.
• Instead of surrendering he goes to an alley and holds Cyan into his arms and pulls out a knife to kill her.
• when Spawn tells him to let her go He refuses while telling him that he does not belong there which causes spawn to use his powers on him while using his cape to hold him and save Cyan.
• Though he called his dad Scott Mcillan to save him, he did it out of cowardice.
• After he was hit in the head by Spawn fatally wounding him When he throws him when he refused to kill him he still admitted to The Violator that he want his ice cream possibly referring to Cyan.
• Though his death at the hands of Violator was quite brutal it was not played with Sympathy it was instead well-deserved for his actions for killing the kids.
