Black is a major antagonist in GameToons, serving as the overarching antagonist of GameToons' Rainbow Friends series. He serves as the main antagonist of "The FORGOTTEN RAINBOW FRIEND..." and "ORIGIN of Blue.exe?!", and the overarching antagonist in "The GOLDEN Rainbow Friend...".
He is the abusive father of Red who, unlike his son, despises anything that has color and mostly focuses on business. When he tries to attack Red for going against his ideas when the latter built the Rainbow Friends Playplace, he attacks him, only to accidentally be knocked into the machine and turned into a Rainbow Friend by Red. He's the archenemy of the latter, and Gold.
He is voiced by Ryan Stewart.
What Makes Him a Hate Sink?[]
- He despises anything that has color, and would abuse his son Red to believe the same.
- He’s implied to dislike his own wife for making Red look “soft”.
- When he made Red cry, he scolded him for being weak.
- Black is shown to be abusive towards the people at his work, including Gold’s father. What’s worse is that it’s implied that the latter was killed by Black when he lured him back to work one day.
- He tried to attack his son when he found out he built the Rainbow Friends Playplace, leading Black to accidentally get turned into a Rainbow Friend.
- He even continued to blame Red for the whole thing, even though Black deserved it for the abuse he put on his own son.
- He’s extremely petty and inexcusably vengeful, trying to kill several travelers just because they were wearing colors and pushing Gold in the machine for no reason.
- He has no redeeming qualities and is considered to be the evilest of the Rainbow Friends. Even Gray’s Mother, who is also abusive like him, is not even as big as a threat.
Trivia[]
- Black is the only Rainbow Friends Hate Sink to be a Rainbow Friend, as the other Hate Sinks from the titular franchise are humans.
- He, alongside Gray's Mother, are the only GameToons Hate Sinks to be parents.
