Blue Sophie, also known as the Red Hindenburg and Margot Langer, is a minor character from Naoki Urasawa's anime and manga Monster. She is a former prostitute who stole the identity of Margot Langer and becomes one of Johan Liebert's well-deserved targets.
What Makes Her a Hate Sink?[]
- Knowing how lonely she was, after getting a few drinks with her and shedding some crocodile tears, she tricked Margot Langer by acting like her friend and making her reveal her fling with Hans Schuwald. She would then use this information to make a profit for herself and steal her nickname.
- She poses as Margot Langer to scam Schuwald out of money, gloating that he pays her out of guilt even knowing she isn't the real one.
- She constantly laughs at her own jokes, which nobody but her finds funny.
- She does not care about Johan's crimes, gloating that Margot Langer's death was "perfect timing" for her schemes and also laughs about Edmund Fahren and Richard Braun's deaths.
- She arrogantly tries to blackmail Johan Liebert, a master of manipulation himself, and threatens to kill him when he walks away, and ends up getting a deserved death.
