Viril Dox, known as Brainiac, is the main antagonist of the fanfiction Superman and Brightburn: The Adventure Begins.
He is an alien terrorist that wants to use Earth's resources to destroy the Milky Way galaxy. He's the arch-enemy of Brandon Breyer/Brightburn.
What makes him a Hate Sink?[]
- He sadistically tortured and brainwashed Erica Connor into his slave known as The Armored One.
- Killed The Big T with his lasers. To be fair, he did spread the rumors about other superpowered beings, it did not warrant him being killed by Brainiac.
- Kidnapped Caitlyn Connor with the sole intent of experimenting on her to use her blood to power his drones.
- What's worse is that some of the tubes he used, Brainiac placed on her injured arm.
- Intended to drain Earth of it's natural resources to power his laser to destroy the Milky Way galaxy.
- During the battle, he tried to kill Superman and Brightburn using their weaknesses.
- Although it was brutal for Brainiac to lose his right arm and to burn to death in an incinerator, it was nonetheless well-deserved for his atrocities.
- After Brainiac's death, when Brightburn asked Superman how he did with Brainiac, he said "Not bad", meaning that Superman is also aware of what Brainiac was planning.

- Brainiac is the fifth h2023graduate Wattpad villain to be a Hate Sink, the fourth being Chris Hargensen, the third being Regina Cunningham, the second being Tom Rogan's The Coincidental Reunion counterpart, and the first being his Old Enemies counterpart.
