Buford's Bully is a minor antagonist in the 2007 Disney TV Series Phineas and Ferb. He's the bully who tried to eat Buford Van Stomm's pet goldfish, resulting in Buford beating him up, and becoming the new bully.

What Makes Him a Hate Sink?

• He bullies many little kids.
• He picked on Buford and tried to eat his pet goldfish Biff, who he had won from a fair. This resulted in Buford beating him up to protect Biff, scaring him away.
  • His abuse was enough to drive Buford into becoming a tough and mean, yet insecure bully, especially out of concern for Biff and his friends when a giant squid attacked them and tried to eat Biff, making him responsible for Buford's present behavior.
• He was later seen beating up another little kid.
