Captain Pietro

Captain Pietro is a minor antagonist in DuckTales (1987) serving as the secondary antagonist in the episode "Duck in The Iron Mask".

He's Count Ray's right hand, who is very cruel and unreasonable.

What Makes Him a Hate Sink?[]

He's an greedy, completely unreasonable, and corrupt sheriff.
He charged Launchpad with tickets and shoved them in his mouth, and when Scrooge complained, he angrily shoved said tickets into his mouth.
He threatened to murder Scrooge, all just for the pettiest and utterly stupidest reason of ripping, said tickets to shreds, showing us, he has absolutely zero problem harming elders.
He charged Huey, Dewey and Louie (who the three were just children) for committing the "crime" of "dressing weird in a no dressing weird zone" and then imprisoning them in a jail.
When he asked the guard, if Huey, Dewey, and Louie have been fed and the guard said they weren't, he said good, showing how sadistic he is and showing us, he has no problem making children suffer.
When Huey, Dewey and Louie wanted him to let them out he said as soon as they're old enough for a proper prison showing he's even cruel to kids.
He is shown to enjoy taxing the people of Monteduma.
He needlessly charged taxes from the townsfolk and threatened to lock them up with the duck in the iron mask, if they didn't pay said taxes.
Unlike his boss, Count Ray, who's a only tiny bit sympathetic and honorable, Pietro has no such redeeming qualities at all.
When Scrooge and his family escaped he tried to murder them.
In the end, he got his karma, which is well deserved and satisfying.
