~ Casey to Jesse Pinkman. |
Casey is the secondary antagonist of El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie, the 2019 sequel film to the crime drama series Breaking Bad. He is the partner in crime of Neil Kandy.
He was portrayed by Scott Shepherd, who also played David in the HBO TV adaptation of The Last of Us.
What Makes Him a Hate Sink?[]
- He is a greedy man-child that easily throws tantrums, rants and/or becomes violent when angry, such as when he learned that he and Neil each took only a third of Todd Alquist's drug money and Neil let Jesse Pinkman take the other third.
- This also shows that unlike Neil, he has no sense of pragmatism.
- He and Neil take Jesse hostage when they find him looking for the money as he is. He would possibly have killed Jesse when he had the chance, if not for needing to distract Todd's neighbor.
- He attempts to force Jesse to give up the rest of his money instead of agreeing with Neil to settle the matter with a duel.
- He tries to kill Jesse himself after Jesse kills Neil, only to be shot dead as well.
- Although his moments of losing his temper can be comedic, they do not detract from his overall unlikable character.
