This category is restricted to Hate Sinks who have a history of abusing others, especially relatives or close loved ones, such as spouses/partners, their children, or even henchmen.

Domestic and child abuse is widely seen as one of the more heinous crimes, alongside things such as rape and murder, so villains that are abusers often qualify as Hate Sinks due to their despicable nature.

NOTE: Not all Hate Sinks are abusive, unpleasant, vulgar, and cruel to others. Examples of Hate Sinks who are not abusive include Lydia Rodarte-Quayle, Peter Pettigrew, Monaca Towa, and Dimitri Rascalov.
