Hate Sinks who fail to be genuine threats and tend to fail in their actions. This can contribute to being a hate sink, as their incompetence can lead to them making extremely stupid decisions that makes the audience see them as stupid.

Do not add Pure Evil or Near Pure Evil Hate Sinks on this, as Pure Evil and Near Pure Evil villains are genuinely capable of causing great trouble and suffering, which actually makes them competent and formidable. Even if these villains are somewhat incompetent (Dolores Umbridge, Bob Ewell, Joffrey Baratheon, Malty S. Melromarc, Calvin Candie, etc.), they are still capable of causing great trouble and suffering. They should go under Dimwits, Cowards, or Weaklings instead.
