Psychopaths

Psychopaths/Sociopaths are Hate Sinks who display signs of psychopathy/sociopathy or antisocial personality disorder. These Hate Sinks are universally devoid of empathy, and tend to be callous, cruel, and ruthless towards other people while also being fully aware of reality and the consequences of their actions. In other words, these Hate Sinks mostly know what's right and wrong, and that their actions hurt other people, but simply do not care.

Due to the severe lack if not total absence of redeeming qualities, having an unpleasant mindset as well as a clear cut personality, many hate sinks are or at least can be considered as psychopaths.

Non-villains can be added since psychopaths are not necessary villains and if non-villains have nothing redeeming about them. (i.e. Murdoch Swan)

NOTE: While the Villains Wiki disallows organizations and species to be in this category, the Hate Sink Wiki allows group profiles if all of the members meet the criteria. However as stated before, this exception only applies in this wiki.
