Minuette: (Laughs) She did but it was only because you killed her friends, you killed her assistant and you killed eight foals. She simply wanted to wipe out the rat who caused Ponyville so many problems, the one who brought about so much heartache, the one who tore families apart. Cheerilee: I had to wipe those weeds out but still, how is that I'm still alive? Minuette: (Smacks Cheerilee and laughs) Why should you care? It isn't like you'll last that long anyway! |

I'll admit to everything if you spare me! [Minuette took a whip and struck her in the face before laughing] No Cheerilee, your crimes are too great. The only way to rid the world of rats like you is to exterminate them! Cheerilee: Stop, please stop! I'll confess, please I will confess! [Minuette smacks Cheerilee again] Minuette: Too late rat, too late! (...) Oh wow, your precious little organs are pumping so fast! Too bad you couldn't see it, you could teach your students about it... [Minuette hits Cheerilee] ...Well, you could had you not killed all of them!

Cheerilee (also known as Miss Cheerilee) is the main antagonist of the sequel of Scarlet Harvest's (a sequel for "Cheerilee's Garden") Fan-Made Threequel "Justice is Served", which was written be StormLuna (who also written Cozy Glows Parents from Saving Cozy).
Just like her Cheerilee's Garden counterpart, she is a cruel, apathetic, sadistic, impatient, heartless individual who had murdered eight of her students whom she sees as "weeds" under the guise of a theatrical play at Ponyville Theater for constantly getting into trouble, not learning anything from what she taught them, and for not listening to her, while also was the one who had killed Twilight Sparkle's friends.
However, a year after the ending of Cheerilee's Garden's Sequel of "Scarlet Harvest", Minuette, also known as Colgate in the story, decides to revive Cheerilee as a way to properly get her punished and sentenced to trial for her crimes, as well as to correct the wrongs of the Equestrian Ace Attorney.
What Makes Her a Hate Sink?[]
- She had done a lot of vile crimes that are very much exactly like her Cheerilee's Garden Counterpart, from having eight foals (who are children) and Twilight's friends (Fluttershy, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, including Spike) all murdered in a brutal fashion, and having Twilight looked like the killer, leading to the latter to fall into despair and killing herself. She still maintains the same twisted and delusional view and is the same vile, cruel, sadistic and a very smug snake as her "Cheerilee's Garden" counterpart.
- When she saw Minuette, she tries to tell her that Twilight (who was dead at the time) killed her, despite the fact that she tried to kill Twilight back then. This would cause Minuette to call Cheerilee out by saying that Twilight had only done so to avenge fourteen of the innocent ponies that she mercilessly slaughtered. This would also make Cheerilee a hypocrite as she has attempted to murder Twilight, meaning that the latter done so out of self-defense and that Cheerilee has done so out of malice and spite. Even after Minuette tells her this, Cheerilee shows zero remorse for it, rudely referring to the victims that she murdered as "Weeds", causing Minuette to rightfully smack Cheerilee for her disrespect against her own students that she had remorselessly murdered, including The Main Six and Spike.
- When Minuette explains that Twilight Sparkle was a model citizen as she was wrongfully accused of being a murdered and was wrongfully sentenced to death by Princess Luna just because she got revenge on Cheerilee for the deaths of her students and her friends, Cheerilee does a smug grin as she boasts about how she tortured the "weeds" in ways unimaginable, showing that she enjoyed every moment of her victims' suffering and has absolutely no remorse for what she did.
- Cheerilee is also shown to be a coward in many instances, such as:
- When Minuette tells Cheerilee that she wouldn't last long, she tries to run away and yells out for somepony to help her despite the fact that no other ponies, other than Minuette, even remember the hidden rock passage within the Badlands of Appleloosa. This would lead to Minuette having to use sedatives on Cheerilee so she wouldn't try to run away.
- Cheerilee attempted to beg for mercy when Minuette was torturing her, even though the latter has never done so with the people she has tortured before.
- When Cheerilee remembers about her last interaction with Minuette, she tries to talk her out about the debt about the fifty bits she still owes to her despite it having nothing to do with why she is getting her punishment, only for Minuette will smack Cheerilee to shut her up and explain to her that the reason why she is punishing her is because of the horrible things that Cheerilee has done, and since Equestria's system didn't have a chance to wipe Cheerilee out, Minuette is going to do so to bring justice. Even after Minuette explains all of this, Cheerilee still shows zero remorse for what she did, going as far as to play the victim card by saying that her own students nearly drove her to kill herself even though this is far from being true, while also referring Twilight Sparkle and her friends as "Weeds", even saying that Twilight Sparkle deserves to be punished even though the latter was innocent and was a model citizen of Equestria. This also shows that Cheerilee refuses to take responsibility for any of her actions.
- Even though she would later decide to reveal the truth to the Princesses about her own atrocious actions in her trial before her execution, this was out of cowardice and after being put through a lot of torture by being revived and killed sixteen times on repeat by Minuette rather than actually feeling remorse for what she did. Even though what Cheerilee been put through was very brutal, she deserved every moment of it as she has done this to fourteen innocent ponies before herself.
- Minuette is shown to be very disgusted of Cheerilee's actions so much that she would rightfully call Cheerilee a "rat" and smack her multiple times, even having knocked half of Cheerilee's teeth out when the latter was cowardly begging her for mercy.
- Even Princess Celestia shows to be appalled of Cheerilee's actions, as shown as when she threw Cheerilee into a wall, even calling her "The scum of the land" and saying that Cheerilee's name will forever be tied to Pure Evil.
- When Cheerilee admits her actions to the crowd during her trial, the crowd rightfully boos at Cheerilee and calling her a murderer and a rat, even begging Minuette to sentence Cheerilee to death, cheering and chanting as Minuette decides to brutally torture and kill Cheerilee in a very brutal fashion.
- Just like her "Cheerilee's Garden" counterpart, she has zero redeeming qualities.
- However, unlike said version, the "Justice is Served" version of Cheerilee lacks any comedic moments at all as she was taken seriously (and pathetically) throughout the entirety of the story.
- Unlike her "Cheerilee's Garden" counterpart, this version of Cheerilee actually gets her well-deserved comeuppance, making her death all the more satisfying. Even though Cheerilee's demise as she gets tortured before being executed at her trial by Minuette is rather very brutal and violent, it is very well-deserved, especially after all the horrible stuff Cheerilee has done to her victims.

- She, aside from Princess Luna, are the only characters in the "Justice is Served" FanFiction to be considered as Hate Sinks.
- Despite being another version of Cheerilee who was adapted from a Fan-Sequel that takes place after "Scarlet Harvest", she is still preserves her place as a Hate Sink.
