Chester is a minor amtagonist of the 2002 Cartoon Network animated action series Codename: Kids Next Door, in which he first makes his appearance in the episode "Codename: C.A.M.P.", and then appears in few other episodes as well.
He is a ruthless and greedy businessman who enslaves children for profit and abuses animals.
What Makes Him A Hate Sink?[]
- Unlike other KND villains who target rebellious kids, Chester targets children who are completely innocent.
- It’s made clear in the series that he’s willing to hurt children if it means making money.
- He traps Numbuh One in a dream world, but turns it into a nightmare.
- He operates a business where he sells children to sharks so that they can have them for lunch. Numbuh 3 was fortunate enough to avoid such a fate.
- Furthermore, Chester decides he’ll have Numbuh 3 deep fried before serving her to the sharks again.
- He turns children into moose so that he can saw off their antlers, with Numbuh One himself being turned into a moose. While this didn’t happen in reality (Numbuh One simply imagined Chester doing so), it makes it all too clear how frightened Numbuh 1 is of him despite his usually cool demeanor.
- When he became a camp counselor, he brainwashed children into becoming his slaves.
- He tried to throw Bradley, a baby skunk, into the lake to drown.
