Chloe is a minor antagonist in the film, God Bless America.

She is a popular, beautiful, volatile teen star, whose Super Sweet 16 style show drives Frank Murdoch the Hero into killing all the people like her starting with her.

He kills her after tracking down where her school is and Kills her as she is on the way home from School. She is spotted by one of her Classmates, who joins him in his rampage. They also murder her equally detestable parents.

What Makes Her a Hate Sink?[]

She is a spoiled brat who is rude to everyone, even hoing as far as to yell at people.
She yells at her parents over getting her the wrong car for her sweet sixteenth.
She is a Huge Narcissist.
She probably bullied those she saw fit.
She is so used to getting her way she throws tantrums.
Instead of Driving off or Running way she stays in her car shouting for Aid.
She flies all the way to Paris just to get the right dress for her party because she will only wear labels.
She called her mother a "wh-re".
She wanted to have Panthers trained to spell her name.
She flaunts her wealth and Brags about her Attractiveness, she still drove in the car she got to school to show everyone how rich she is.
She has her arms folded to show how superior she allegedly is.
She calls her mum like a servant.
