What Makes Them Despicable	Continuously antagonized Brenda just because she thought she was "stealing" Wes from her. Gets into a fight with Brenda, which caused Jake and his gang to rape Heather indirectly. Offended Brenda's sister, Heather, by bringing up how they shouldn't be taught sex ed.
"Love to hate" factors	She's mostly just a jerk and is a far cry from the detestability of Jake and his two goons.

Cindy Clark is a minor antagonist in the 1984 live-action vigilante/gang film, Savage Streets.

She is Brenda's bully and the (possibly former) girlfriend of Wes. Throughout the film, she continuously believed that Brenda is trying to steal Wes from her and endlessly antagonizes her despite being reasoned that Brenda is not into Wes, which led to a fight and indirectly caused Heather to be raped by Jake and his gang.

What Makes Her a Hate Sink?

• She is an obnoxious, insufferable, dimwitted, delusional, and paranoid bully who believes Brenda was trying to "steal" Wes away from her, antagonizing her in an attempt to force her into her place with a complete lack of common sense, with Brenda making it to her that she isn't into him if he was "the last d*ck on Earth". Even her boyfriend Wes didn't like her back due to her bossy, controlling, and arrogant attitude.
• She told Wes that they would be through if she looked at Brenda once more before flipping the finger at the latter.
• Tried to threaten Brenda to stay away from Wes despite the latter making it clear she has no interest in him, which leads to the both of them getting into a fight in the shower room. This ultimately and indirectly caused Jake and his gang to rape Heather without any interference if she didn't waste Brenda's time.
• She faked her crying to look innocent in front of the principal when she and Brenda got in trouble. Even he doesn't feel the slightest sympathy for her and it implied that he knew she wasn't any better.
• She offended Heather when she brought up how they shouldn't be taught about sex ed in school but instead be taught who they are in their place and what they're not, especially when she called Heather a "r*tard". This is coming from how insensitive it is to Brenda since Heather was recently a raped victim and likely didn't care. It is heavily implied she heard rumors about this.
• Even though Jake, Fargo and Red are beyond crueler than her, Cindy proved herself to be no better due to her petty agenda with Brenda and offending Heather, a rape victim.
