What makes him a Hate Sink?

• After Drake and Josh interrupt Corey and Megan on their date (being overprotective of Megan), Corey breaks up with Megan for having a "weird" family.
• He only agrees to give Megan another chance after Drake and Josh apologize and give him their alarm clock, Drake's guitar, and their pants.
• He is revealed to have been cheating on Megan with another girl named Monica. Drake and Josh reveal this to Megan and she and Monica both break up with Corey for cheating on them. Drake and Josh try to beat him up for cheating on Megan, but he beats them up with his kung fu skills.
