The Crazed Man is a minor yet pivotal villain from The Walking Dead who only appears in the episode "No Sanctuary". He is the leader of a group of bandits who takes over Terminus in order to raid the location and torture the residents but is eventually imprisoned by the residents.
He was portrayed by Owen Harn
What Makes Him A Hate Sink?[]
- He and his group of bandits went to Terminus, taking advantage of their hospitality in the worst way possible.
- He killed several people, raped several women, and imprisoned many others so he could torture them, even though said people were willing to provide protection from the walkers.
- As a result of his actions, Terminus goes from being a peaceful community to a community that resorts to cannibalism to survive.
- Even after being put into solitary confinement, the Crazed Man does not feel remorse for his actions, and is in fact happy that Terminus has been corrupted. Additionally, there is no sign he is upset about the loss of his men.
Trivia[]
- Despite only appearing in one episode, he can be considered one of the Walking Dead’s most repulsive characters for the role he played in turning Terminus into a death trap for unsuspecting survivors.
- He was once thought to be Negan, but it was eventually confirmed that he was not, as Negan is averse to raping women.
