~ The Lawyer smugly mocking Asmodeus for telling him to hurry up with the contract
Crimson's Lawyer is a minor antagonist in Helluva Boss. He is a very smug Lawyer demon who was sent to Asmodeus by Crimson to discuss ransom after he holds Fizzarolli hostage.
He is voiced by Abe Goldfarb.
What Makes Him A Hate Sink?[]
He is shown to take enjoyment in being obnoxious to people he is negotiating with.
He attempts to trick Asmodeus into signing a contract that gives Crimson all of his factory assets and legal permission to mount Fizzarolli's head on his wall. When Stolas points out this detail to Ozzie, the lawyer quickly excuses that he was only making sure they were paying attention.
He makes the contract for Fizzarolli's safety needlessly long.
After Stolas drafts a contract that retains most of Asmodeus' assets and confirms Fizz's safety, the lawyer states he needs to look over the whole thing himself before he can allow Asmodeus to sign, and he takes his sweet time in doing so, while loudly sipping coffee.
He stalls the agreement for so long that the time Crimson had set for Asmodeus had almost passed.
When Fizz arrives after having been saved by Blitzo, the lawyer starts packing his things in an attempt to book it.
His death is played for complete stress relief and wish fulfillment, with even Stolas smugly telling the lawyer to "get f-cked" before leaving him at Asmodeus and Fizz's mercy.
