Cure is a major antagonist of the Edens Zero manga series. He serves as an unseen antagonist of the Belial Gore arc and the Nero 66 arc. He becomes a major antagonist for the Lendard arc for being the main power source of Deaden Crow. He is a member of the Interstellar Union Army, before his villainous nature is revealed, thereby becoming an arch-nemesis to Holy.
What Makes Him a Hate Sink?[]
Past[]
- He created Deadend Crow and started the Bloody Atmos Day, resulting in millions of innocent lives lost.
- In that event, he had Deadend Crow destroy everything in sight and hung up in crosses as torture.
- Giving Drakken Joe and Poseidon Nero their resources that made them into dangerous villains.
- He has an overblown ego of doing engineered heroics as a way to make the Interstellar Union Army shine in fame.
- Framed Elsie Crimson and Saintfire Nox as villains, thereby ruining their reputation.
Kaede Cosmos Saga[]
Lendard arc[]
- Teaming up with Ziggy and helping him on his goal of having machines rule all over the universe with humanity brought down to extinction.
- Once Holy finds him, Cure finger beams her and reveals his villainous nature of being the creator of Deaden Crow.
- While he claims to Holy that he is playing both the role of a hero and a villain, Holy calls him out on his hypocritical nature of ruining people's lives to satisfy his twisted philosophy.
- As a last ditch effort to kill everyone, he fuses himself with Deadend Crow to release a powerful attack against the Edens Zero.
Universe Zero Saga[]
- Unlike many villains in Universe Zero, who became less evil or fully heroic, he remains the same as a despicable villain.
- He tried to create Deadend Crow and create the same incident with the massacre, so he can be the light to the dark, which is mainly to satisfy his ego.
- However, the massacre was prevented by the Interstellar Union Army, much to his disappointment, but he realized that he enjoyed being a villain by becoming Deadend Cure.
- Also, it allows Holy’s sister to be still alive in this universe, thus Holy became much happier and cheerful.
- Without his influence, Drakken Joe, Poseidon Nero, Elise Crimson, and Saintfire Nox never became Oración Seis Galáctica, which showcased how despicable he really is if he was responsible.
- He assisted the Edens One in taking down Eden Zero.
- He tried to take down Jinn and revealed his past in this universe causing the latter to realize that the former is this despicable compare to other former villains, who were viewed in a positive light.
- As they were fighting, Cure arrogantly believed that he can beat Jinn, but the latter know his weakness, much to Cure’s horror to the point that Jinn killed him, and this was played with satisfaction.
- However, the massacre was prevented by the Interstellar Union Army, much to his disappointment, but he realized that he enjoyed being a villain by becoming Deadend Cure.
