Julius Bolt, or commonly known as Diamond Storm is the main antagonist of a short gacha crossover film, Something About Luna.
He is an obsessed hater of a popular pop-star Luna, who used to be a obsessed fan of her after she rejected his disgusting offer, leading him into becoming a toxic and hypocritical bastard and wanting to make Luna's life a living hell by creating false accusations and controversies to have people into hating her and even attacking her. He is also Luna's archenemy.
What Makes him a Hate Sink?[]
- Although he was a big fan of Luna, it is only a mere obsession into wanting to have disgusting fantasies by force.
- When she kindly rejected the offer, he didn't take it well and grew outraged and starting to hate her for this petty reason.
- Even before he became a hater, he stalked Luna without her knowing after realizing it in his blogs, finding her location, childhood, and even knowing about her mental issues.
- He eventually created a ton of false accusations and controversy about Luna, leading her own fans into hating her, having many followers to gain his sympathy.
- He then created a Hate website to show his hatred towards Luna, having his own followers into trolling and harassing Luna, leading her traumatized and even losing her sanity.
- Mocked Luna about her mental health, laughing about her getting therapy and even wanting to committ suicide.
- During his livestream after his concert, he leaked Luna's address in front of his audience into attacking and harassing Luna for his entertainment. However, it was his own sexual fantasy to drive her into suicide.
- Julius was willing to let his followers go and try to murder her family and outright "lust" her for money.
- It was revealed that he wanted to keep Luna as his own slave to satisfy his needs and to keep her away from the outside world.
- He admits to Moxxie that he always find people who have mental issues and seeking therapy as his type of humor, taunting his trauma and even mocking his friends trauma experience, showing how disrespectful and delusional he is.
- He joins an alliance with Valentino in shooting up the hotel, not for his plans but to only hurt anyone's loved ones, if it means necessary to livestream it to his audience, manipulating Vox into agreeing with the offer of having Alastor killed.
- While he does show gratitude for his co-worker, Hailstorm, it was only out of pragmatic reasons as he only used her to victimize himself, afterwards he didn't care if she was going to be killed by Vaggie and leaves her behind, which lead to her redemption.
- During his other livestream, he contacted Luna's family about her false accusations so they can punish her for his own needs. However, his attempt fails as he accidentally revealed that she never did it and said it was all to make fun of her, which lead to him losing his own popularity.
- He tries to outright kill Luna after all of his plans failed, attempting to kill her with a fire axe before Vaggie decapitates him.
- His death is played out of pure satisfaction, as he deserves it for making Luna's life a living hell.
- Overall, he's the most despicable and hateful character in-universe and outside, due to his hypocritical toxicity towards Luna and horrible humor of mocking those who seek help.
- Even I.M.P and Alastor were disgusted by his actions, although Blitzo thought this was funny at first, however he soon realized once the latter made fun of him and his past actions, even other antagonists like Stella and Striker were disgusted by Diamond's actions.

- He is based off of Arick "Burnie" Burnz from Helluva Boss and a infamous hater of Luna, due to both hating someone for petty reasons.
- Essentially, he was meant to be replicate how toxic stans can be, even pointing out how depraved they are when it comes to being called out.
- He, alongside Meowstills, Velcro, and Valentino are the only villains within the series to be Hate Sinks, ironically both Diamond, Velcro and Meowstills are based off of certain people.
