Diddle O'Way

Diddle O'Way is the overarching antagonist of the Original DuckTales episode "Down and Out in Duckburg".

He's the greedy and snobbish ancestor of Fritter O'Way and he's the one responsible for most of the plot in the episode since he's the one who wanted his marbles delivered and he claimed that he owned everything Seafoam McDuck owned and all he had was a gold watch which Scrooge McDuck used to make his fortune.

He was voiced by Arnold Kincaid who also voiced Fritter.

What Makes Him a Hate Sink?[]

He made an very unfair deal with Seafoam McDuck (Scrooge's ancestor) that he had to give him everything he owned if he didn't deliver the marbles.
He's heavily implied to have sabotaged Seafoam's ship so he can steal everything he owned just to fulfill his own selfish desires, which endangered dozens.
When Seafoam McDuck understandably lost the marbles and said he saw the worst storm in his life, he said no excuses and told him he owed him everything he owned.
When Seafoam McDuck said that everything he owned sank at sea except his gold watch he told him to hand it over and thankfully he didn't get it.
Him getting hit by something serves as comeuppance to him for tricking Seafoam McDuck into giving him everything.
He's responsible for his descendant Fritter O'Way being the absolutely horrible bully, he is and the events of the episode he appears in.
