Sadistic Scientist

Otto Octavius is the main antagonist of the second Spider-Man Noir comics.

He was known for his racist and xenophobic worldview.
He was willing to join the Nazi party to fulfil his goal of eliminating every "undesirable species" from the Earth.
Kidnapping and turning Africans into mindless slaves.
- Dr. Connors mentions that he had around two dozen (24) slaves in his base.
He brutally murdered Crime Master once he outlived his usefulness.
He brutally lobotomized and permanently crippled Robbie Robinson.
Mocking Spider-Man in his battles.
He tried to mind-control all of the Nazi supporters in Manhattan out of spite for being rejected by Himler for his disability. At the same time, he tries to get revenge on Spider Man by blaming him for terrorism.

He is the only official version of Doctor Octopus to be a Pure Evil/Hate Sink as the other Pure Evil/Hate Sink version of Doctor Octopus was discarded from the final script of the Amazing Spider-Man films.
Unlike the rest of his incarnations, this version is not meant to be played for Sympathy because of his blatant racism.
