What Makes Them Despicable	Destroying Doma's mental state with his greed. He had an affair with, sexually harassed, and possibly r*ped female followers.
"Love to hate" factors	None. Even Mitsuri Kanroji's Ex-Fiance Is more likable than him and didn't even try to push her into villainy nor commit any sort of vile acts, but instead inadvertently helped her find true love.

Doma's Father is a Flashback minor antagonist of 2019 Shonen manga/anime series, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. He is the father of Upper Moon 2 Doma and is the reason Doma became the Demon who brought so many deaths and sufferings. he was killed by Doma's mother.

What Makes Him a Hate Sink?

• He regards Doma as a special child, and makes the young Boy the head of the Eternal Paradise cult, using Doma to satisfy all kinds of wealth and greed by using him to take advantage of countless unfortunate people, which also means not giving him what every children in a family would naturally need to grow up to be morally adjusted and grooming him for his role as more of an object of worship than a son.
• It is completely unknown, and never, at all implied, if he ever loved, Doma in the slightest, or ever cared about his child's well being.
• He left Doma's mother behind and had sex with all kinds of female followers, had an affair, and sexually harassed them. This later results in him being killed by Doma's mother in a fit of rage with a knife then she proceeded to commit suicide by poisoning in front of the young Doma.
• While his death was not played for satisfaction, it wasn't played for sympathy either, as Doma, who saw this, thought that the smell of his and the mother's blood was unpleasant and thought to ventilate them.
• Overall, the terrible upbringing he did to his own son, was largely responsible for messing with Doma's brain and mental state, and his son became a nihilistic, misanthropic and psychopathic Demon who caused the deaths and suffering of thousands of people.
• While he does play a relatively minor role in the story, he does quite a bit to make him thoroughly despicable in the limited screen time he is in.
