Don Grasso is a minor antagonist in the Batman Beyond episode "Hooked Up".
He is the abusive father of Donny Grasso, and unloving husband of Elaine Grasso. He did not care about his son at all, which results in Donny running away from home and becoming a criminal because of his lack of love for him, making him directly responsible for his son's actions.
He was voiced by the Late Charlie Rocket.
What Makes Him a Hate Sink?[]
- He abused his son, Donny, constantly, which resulted in him becoming a criminal due to his lack of love for him, making him directly responsible for his son's actions.
- When Donny became a criminal, Don became more and more resentful of him, resulting in Donny leaving the house altogether. Don shows no remorse for this, being glad that he left the house for good. Even several months later, his emotions do not change at all, as shown when he tells Terry and Max to remind Donny to never return home, showing that he never had a single ounce of love or care for his own son, in his entire life.
- When Terry and Max come to his house just to ask him about his son, he angrily demands them to get out, showing his complete lack of kindness towards anyone in general.
- He abuses his wife, too, as he angrily demands her to get back in the kitchen when she says feels empathy for Donny.
- He never got any punishment for his actions, making him a Karma Houdini.
