What Makes Her a Hate Sink?

• She is one of the most dreaded staff members of Eden University, due to the fact that she gives out Tonitrus bolts (to which gaining eight of these would get you expelled from the school), even over minor things. It is rumored that she was responsible for the expulsion of at least 100 students at the university.
  • A glaring example of this, she inspects all of the students' bookbags in a classroom, and punishes the students if they don't know the rules by heart, or brought things like snacks or playing cards. In the end, she punishes one of the students because he forgot his hankerchief.
  • She is also the reason why Anya got her second Tonitrus Bolt, and it was for something she wasn't responsible for, in this case forgetting her hankerchief. In actuality, Anya gave Damian hers when he forgot his, believing she had a spare.
    • In addition to this, when she begins suspecting there was a trade between two of the students in the class, she threatens to give both students involved two bolts, in addition to the one she had just given out, if she finds the culprits.
• Although it initially appears that she is strictly enforcing the rules of the school for a noble cause, it is revealed when Anya reads her mind that Donna actually takes sadistic pleasure in giving the Tonitrus Bolts out and expelling students for the smallest things.
  • Additionally, Donna claims that her Fruedian excuse for her behavior comes from an honor student forgeting their hankerchief during a bathroom trip, and had to wipe his hands on his pants, resulting in him getting humiliated and becoming a delinquent before he got expelled. However, the validity of this is dubious given what Anya had discovered about her.
