Dr. Albert Wily is the main antagonist of the Mega Man movie by Eddie Lebron.

What Makes Him a Hate Sink[]

He makes it clear he became a scientist for the glory as when Light says they don't create machines to gloat, he responds with "We deserve it".
He mocks Roll over her excitement over an interview.
He attempts to take over the interview, interrupting the reporter as she is talking to Doctor Light.
When Dr. Light fires him, he makes it further clear that he was in it for power and not to benefit others.
When he gets ready to begin his world domination plan, he responds to Olga saying she will miss him by saying he won't miss her.
He creates Copy Mega Man to kidnap Roll.
With Roll in captivity, he verbally abuses her outright shouting that he hates her as much as he hates Dr. Light.
He straight up says he was happy when Dr. Light's wife died.
When he gets Mega Man to lower his weapons by threatening Roll, he has Copy Mega Man push her out of the tower anyway.
His apology at the end shows multiple signs of insincerity, with the big thing being at the end of it how he complains about never being able to win.
