Dr. Lugae is a mad scientist and Hate Sink from the SNES game Final Fantasy II (known as Final Fantasy IV in Japan).

What makes him a hate sink?

• The PSP version requires fighting him twice to obtain a complete Bestiary.
• He tries to exterminate the Dwarves upon his death.
• After his death, it is revealed that he turned Edge's parents into Chimeras, forcing Edge to kill them. Even Rubicant didn't approve of this action.
