Alien Chibull Exceller, also known as simply Exceller is the main antagonist of Ultraman Ginga S. He seeks to use the Victorian canons so that he can take over Lugiel’s body and become the strongest being in the universe.

He was voiced by Takuya Eguchi.

What Makes Him Despicable

• Sent Android One Zero to steal the Victorian stones so that he could gain control of Dark Lugiel’s body to conquer the universe.
• Recruited several other aliens throughout the series to help him in his plan such as Alien Guts Vorst, Alien Akumania Muerte, and Alien Zetton Buerme, as well as a regenade Victorian named Hyori.
• Upon learning that that Shepardon’s Victorium was 10x more powerful than the others, he had Vorst monslive into Gan-Q and steal his energy instead
• While Vorst stole Sheperdon’s energy, he had One Zero self-destruct in order to destroy UPG’s base
• Used the spark dolls of Golza, Melba, Reicubas, Gan-Q, and Super C.O.V. to monslive into Five King
• As Five King, he brutally beat down Ultraman Ginga and Victory, forcing them to separate while they turned into stone.
• Gave the Victorians till dawn to give him all their victorium energy to him or else he would destroy the surface world using Five King, only to do it slightly before it when he was running out patience.
• During his rampage, he began blasting beams at buildings, possibly killing a lot of people.
• Brainwashed Vorst when he failed to many times and later let him get killed by a corrupt UPG official with the Victory canon.
• Successfully revived Lugiel using enough Victorium energy
• Fused Lugiel with UPG’s base (which was quipped with the Victorian canon that used Shepardon’s Victorian energy), transforming him into Vict Lugiel and began going on a rampage before later absorbing Victorian core’s energy from the earth itself.
• Has sees everyone as beneath him, including his minions whom he saw as disposable pawns, especially One Zero who repeatedly called trash and useless several times. This even includes Lugiel as he only revived him so that he could use body to conquer the universe.
• While his fate of being turned into a spark doll by Lugiel is not pleasant, it’s not played for sympathy.
• Unlike Lugiel, who has an Evil is Cool vibe, Exceller has none and is mainly portrayed as a condescending and abusive power hungry invader who sees himself as way bigger than he actually is.
