What Makes Them Despicable?[]
- Seeing the fame of Project D, the two decide to dress up as Takumi and Keisuke and purchase similar vehicles so they can acquire fame and fortune.
- Upon their first encounter with Takumi and Itsuki, they rudely ask Takumi to show his license and when he doesn't, laughs at him.
- For an unknown reason, Fake Takumi decides to dump Mika's friend, which ends up causing trouble for Takumi as the next day Mika would slap him, believing him to be the faker.
- When confronted by Wataru, who tells Fake Takumi to perform a drift that can only be done by the real one, which he tries to avoid by making up excuses such as claiming that (a likely non-existent) Ryosuke wouldn't let them and that no one can do it.
- Later on, as the real Takumi and Keisuke show up in person, they are shown to be complete cowards to the point of begging for Keisuke to not beat them up, before Fumihiro intervenes and tells them to never impersonate Project D again.
