Locria, now known as Fassad, is one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside the Masked Man) of Mother 3. He is a right-hand general of Porky Minch.
What Makes Him a Hate Sink?[]
- Betrayed the other Magypsies for power by allying himself with the tyrannical and cataclysmic Porky Minch. While the other Magypsies are cold and indifferent to other species, he's an outright sadistic psychopath.
- Tortures Salsa, an innocent monkey for the pettiest if not no reason (one being forcing him to dance) on multiple occasions while blackmailing him threatening to kill his girlfriend, Samba.
- He is blatantly rude to everybody around him, even when they are nice too him. He is even rude too his own allies whenever they disappoint him.
- He turns anything that could be a friendly gesture into a stale emotionless transaction. A perfect example is when he is trying to stay at the Tazmily Inn and rejects the owner's free offer to stay and turns it into a deal by giving him money (which the villagers aren't even familiar with.)
- Although he successfully is able to manipulate an entire village, he comes across as an oafish dimwit rather than a master manipulator most of the time and only succeeds because of the naïveté of the Tazmily villagers.
- Had no qualms about selling several Happy Boxes to the people of Tazmily Village, which have heavy implications of brainwashing the villagers intio having their community leave their Amish and friendly lifestyle and focus more around the Happy Boxes and the Pigmask Army's way of living, turning them into more greedy and uncaring individuals like himself.
