The Fortune Academy Dean is the main antagonist of the Honkai: Star Rail event for Version 2.6, "Sound Hunt Ninjutsu Inscription". A Pepeshi and an old friend of Oti Alfalfa, the Dean was passed over for the stores due to acquisition of the Radiant Feldspar which he gave to the Trailblazer, for which the Dean wanted revenge. He tried to do this by destroying The Dazzling, of which the Trailblazer was the manager.
What Makes Him Despicable?[]
- He is a terrible dean who professes his students to follow his only method of teaching, despite if the students actually innovate on their music for the better.
- Despite the Trailblazer not forcing Old Oti to gift them the Radiant Feldspar and Oti only gifting it as reward for stopping the Order from creating a false utopia across the universe, the Dean was bitter due to not being allowed to put up shops in the ship.
- Convinced the Charmony Academy Dean to oppose the formation of the Dazzling without giving him his true reason.
- After realizing that the Trailblazer is the manager of the Dazzling, the Dean decided to sabotage the band for revenge.
- Gave an excuse that Rappa's unorthodox style of music will harm the band's popularity, which temporarily led to Arfey quitting the band.
- When the Trailblazer managed to save the performance of the band, he made a fuss about how their unorthodox music is driving interest from Penacony, while the opposite is true and the Dean knows that.
- When Arfey realized her mistake and rejoined the band, the Dean kidnapped her and trapped her in his Dream Bubble, hypocritically admonishing her to reflect on her "mistake".
- Knowing that the Dazzling will be disqualified if Arfey doesn't return on time, he taunted the Trailblazer that he has won and tried to summarily expel the students by walking onto the stage before Rappa rescued Arfey. It's only by the timely intervention of the Astral Express and the other Deans that Arfey was saved on time by Rappa.
- Due to the kidnapping, even the Charmony Academy Dean, his friend, was horrified and was disgusted at him.
- His expulsion from the Fortune Academy is played for karma.
