Frank is the overarching antagonist of the 2022 horror film Barbarian being the one responsible for all of the evil in the film.

He was portrayed by Richard Brake.

What Makes Him Despicable?[]

He kidnapped and raped multiple women in the 1980s by pretending to be a maintenance man and leaving their bathroom windows unlocked so he could sneak in later. He would also film all the rapes keeping them as part of a disgusting collection. On that topic, since his maintenance uniform says "Carlos", it is implied that he killed the real Carlos and stole his uniform.
He would even rape the daughters that resulted from the rapes. This would lead to the birth of The Mother.
While he shoots himself, it is not out of guilt. Rather it was because he was an elderly, decrepit man at that point who was being held prisoner by his granddaughter.
