General Tsao, also simply known as Tsao, is a major antagonist of Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves. He is an anthropomorphic rooster who was the self-appointed leader of a village in the Kunlun Mountains in China, and came from a long line of vile members of the family Tsao. He is the main antagonist of the fourth episode, "A Cold Alliance".

He was voiced by Leo Chin.

What Makes Him A Hate Sink?[]

He literally kicked a puppy. Twice.
He tricked Panda King to meditate to give him time to gets his guards to kidnap his daughter Jing King, so he can force her to marry him.
- He said he wants a new generation of Kings, which implies he planned on raping Jing King.
When he caught the Cooper Gang off-guard, he stole Bentley's laptop so that the Cooper Gang won't be able to continue on with the mission.
His quote before his fight with Sly shows how arrogant he really is.
While he gives Sly back Bentley’s laptop after their fight, this doesn’t make him honorable, as he states that it won’t help them anyway.
He lets the undead mantis vampires run free through the streets to stop anyone from getting in his way, which would have caused chaos.
He is a misogynist who believes that Jing King doesn’t know up from down.
When his treasure temple gets destroyed, it causes him to get enraged and summon a stone dragon to kill the Cooper Gang out of spite, forcing Sly to defeat it to save Penelope (who gets caught in its right back talons).
His defeat was very satisfying, given that the villagers are glad to see him arrested for his actions.
His actions are so bad that Sly Cooper is disgusted by them and called Tsao the worst out of all the villains he faced and how Murray wanted to break his face. At least the other villains (even Clockwerk and Dr. M (the latter of which is a Magnificent Baddie)), had some comedic moments, sympathetic qualities and/or Evil is Cool factors.
