Google Chrome is the main antagonist of the I Made A Comic About Internet Explorer webcomic by Merryweatherey. She is an internet browser based off the program of the same name.
What Makes Her a Hate Sink?[]
- She cared about nothing but herself and becoming the most used Internet browser while repeatedly bullying and ostracizing Internet Explorer as well as other unpopular browsers for no real reason.
- She took sadism in brutally torturing Bing, even after she is already down. She did this in order to absorb her RAM then brags about it to Internet Explorer later.
- She accursed Internet Explorer (now Microsoft Edge) of being just as evil as her for monopolizing over other browsers. While this is technically true, Internet Explorer has no evil intentions like her, and it doesn't justify her torture of Bing.
- When Microsoft Edge explained how she felt ostracized due to her, she is simply just angered and told her she hated her in an angry fit then tries to kill her.
- She is a sore loser and got angry when she is hurt by Microsoft Edge.
- Despite being an anime girl who is a parody of an internet browser, she is actually never played for laughs, with her atrocities like torturing Bing being played dead straight and for serious drama.
