Inukai is the main antagonist of the On The Edge/Human Crazy University episode Thinly slicing skin with a wood shaver.

He is the owner of a pet store.

What Makes Him a Hate Sink?

• Inukai runs a fancy pet store full of expensive pets, such as shiba inus and tigers. Taking advantage of this fact, he also purposefully poisons the store's pet food to significantly reduce their lifetimes, that way his customers can buy more pets from the store.
• When Mr. Konishi goes missing when he tries to figure out what caused the death of the puppy he bought from the store, Katoge and an associate of his go to his office for questioning. He then attempts to kill the both of them by poisoning cups of coffee he provided to them. Although he was successful with the associate, who suffered horrible seziures prior to his death, Katoge didn't drink it. Inukai reveals that Mr. Konishi's disapperance was due to him killing him by poisoning him.
• Inukai causally admits to his crimes, that he both kills his pets for profits, and kills or threatens to kill anyone who discovers the truth behind his business while relishing in the wealth it has gotten him. He openly admits to have killed at least 30 people.
• As he is about to kill Katoge, he is seen licking his lips as he thinks about how he's going to dispose of him after killing him, thinking of chopping up like Konishi.
• Even though his death is gruesome, having his skin peeled off using a wood planer, this is not played for sympathy, as Katoge ultimately kills him due to how he killed an associate of his, and 30 innocent people.
