Isshiki Ōtsutsuki is a major antagonist of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. He is an Ōtsutsuki clan main family member who has been in possession of a monk named Jigen and has been using Jigen's name as his own. He is the leader of the Kara organization.

What Makes Him a Hate Sink?

• Although he has many Evil is Cool moments as he is beating the protagonists, this is subverted when he acts like a coward and sore loser when faced with an actual threat.
• Considers humans to be inferior to him and brags about his destiny to defeat them on a regular basis.
• Experimented on over 15 children which killed 13 of them while he cruelly experimented on the other 2.
• Throws a child-like tantrum when Naruto
• After his death, he uses Code to try to get revenge on those who killed him.
