Jasper Doyle or Sloth is one of the antagonists of a gacha film, Emily's Revelations.
He is a lazy and cowardly egotist who will do anything to become famous, even if it means to annoy and taunt everyone who he thinks is against him or whom he deems as "weak".
He is the sin of Sloth and member of the Sins of Mimic, along with the six sins who will do anything to cause havoc to become gods into order to take over Heaven and destroy humanity.
What makes him a Hate Sink?[]
- Before the events of the story, he was already a egotistical spoiled brat who doesn't care for anyone but himself and coward who lets his bodyguards to handle the actions he done, even they are annoyed with him.
- He refuses to help anyone in danger or in need, abandoned his own family because they needed the money for debt, in which he refuses to give because he thinks they will steal all of his profit.
- He intentionally annoys everyone around him to gain fame, even disrespecting their property and personal space to become famous, even filming them without their consent for the excuse of "He's the main character in his world."
- He is shown to be a spineless coward who refuses to take responsibility of his actions and plays as the victim, as shown someone teachs him a lesson or coddles behind his bodyguards to do their job, whom he not only refuse to pay them, but also annoys them because of it.
- After joining the Mimic and his cult to take over Heaven, he starts manipulating his audience into joining or attacking people for his sake of enjoyment, leading some into murderers, arrested or beaten thanks to him and his reputation.
- He taunts Arc after he returned to Earth, mocking the latter for his innocence and saying his infamous quote, outright saying the world is his and foreshadowing his true plans.
- He, alongside the six sins, worked together to cause enough havoc as possible to become gods from the Mimic so they could rule the world and heaven as their own with an iron fist, while also planning to destroy humanity.
- He is lazy at everything, letting the sins do the work, while making fun of the Virtues for trying to stop them.
- When Dilligence calls him out for his actions and laziness, he outright uses crocodile tears and plays the victim to gain sympathy, immediately ditches it as he tries to punch him, only for him to get the beat down by Arc.
- He outright begs for mercy before immediately trying to break the Golden Spire but then is immediately pushed off of the cliff and burned alive by the lavafall from Arc.
- Overall, he is shown to not only be the worst and hated sins than Pride, Envy, Greed and Gluttony, and weakest out of all them, he is shown to be the most annoying villain in the entire film, even the Mimic grew tired of him.
Trivia[]
- He, alongside Blair Everly, Morgana Piers, Liane Snider and Muzu Oomi are the few Hate Sinks to qualify in the work as Kronos and Jade are the only sins who don't count due to being sympathetic and remorseful (Although, Jade original script version could qualify).
- He is shown to be a obvious parody of Jack Dorethy.
- In the original script, there was a lower class of sins who would've interfere with the Sins of Mimic's plans however it was changed for difficult reasons, it's unknown if their Sloth would've counted in the original script, along with it's successor.
