Jeffrey "Jeff" Woods, better known as Jeff the Killer or the The Ghost Stalker, is the titular main antagonist of Pastra's 2024 rewrite of the Creepypasta Jeff the Killer.

He is a deranged serial killer who killed his father and mother and spends 2 years tracking down his brother Liu to kill him. He targets random people who he assumes to be Liu and murders them.

What Makes Him A Hate Sink?[]

  • He attempted to burn the old Woods House to the ground, in some attempt to make the family "all die together". While he ultimately failed, the results were his own face being severely scarred even after months of reconstructive surgery, his father being killed and the family being forced to move to Carpenter's Landing, a dying town that was rampant with crime and poor-quality housing.
  • He killed Randy, who while definitely a scumbag, was ultimately more of a trouble-causing thug than the gleefully sadistic antagonist he is typically depicted as. He even goes as far as to stalk Randy weeks in advance before committing his revenge plot that amounted to an emotionally-immature adult being overly upset because of some bullies.
  • He willingly and knowingly lied to Liu about the extent of Randy and his gang's bullying, giving himself self-inflicted wounds, so that he would have a cover story to tell Liu when his killings were found out.
  • After a brief confrontation with a police officer that resulted in Troy and Kieth being arrested, Jeff threw a childish tantrum that ended in him killing his own mother in cold blood, going as far as to go on a long-winded rant about how his crimes, his scarring and the death of Randy were Liu's fault, deflecting all accountability for his killings onto one of the few innocents in it all before attempting to kill him. Later on, it is shown that Liu developed survivor's guilt as a result, blaming himself for the Ghost Stalker killings.
  • After the Woods Family Homicide, he went out and started murdering people who he perceived to be Liu, becoming known as the "Ghost Stalker" by the police. Three of the surviving victims (Bruce, Ashley and Jonathan) would go on to be traumatized by their encounters, with Bruce even being friends with one of the victims, Jay Douglas.
  • Assuming Jeff was the surviving brother, he is a Karma Houdini who got no punishment for his crimes.
  • He lacks any of the charisma, sympathy and cool factor of the original versions of the character, instead being a petty, childish egomaniac who blames everyone but himself for his horrific actions.
