Kevin and Ray are the secondary antagonists of the Static Shock episode "Jimmy". They are Nick Connor’s friends who would always bully Jimmy.

They are voiced by James Cronin and Chad Gabriel.

What Makes Them Hate Sinks?

• They sadistically watch Nick tormenting Jimmy throughout the episode.
• They laugh at the way Jimmy keeps on opening his laptop.
• They steal Jimmy’s laptop and give him a wedgie.
• They laugh when Nick throws the ball at Jimmy.
• They help Nick shove Jimmy in a locker.
• They're responsible for Jimmy for accidentally shooting Richie in the leg when they tried to foolishly attack him when Jimmy decided to lower his father's gun after Richie and Frieda talked him out of killing Nick and the two.
• As a result of the abuse, they're suspended and forced to do community service, when it was actually so bad, they should've been expelled and imprisoned.
