Kim Do-Hun is the posthumous overarching antagonist of Sweet Home. He is a wealthy bully who ruined Hyun Cha's life for absolutely no reason.
What Makes Him a Hate Sink?[]
- Kim relies on his parents wealth to get away with doing whatever he wants.
- He called Hyun arrogant for being kind and giving him change, then proceeded to have his goons beat him up for absolutely no reason other than "there wasn't a cloud in the sky."
- Kim told Hyun he would say why he's bullying him if he jumped off a roof of a building.
- He had Hyun's former friends brutally beat him and stop talking to him, even threatening to one boy that he would get the same treatment if he didn't attack him.
- Kim forces Hyun to drink urinal water then suggests getting Hyun's dad fired from his job since he works for his dad.
- He offers to pay for a kid's mom's surgery if he jumps in front of a moving car. Hyun then interjects and pushes him in front of a car instead so that Do-Hun pisses himself out of fear like a coward then gets Hyun's dad fired, causing his family to hate him. This shows that he receives not even close to enough punishment for his actions, while Hyun goes into a suicidal depression because of his trauma.
- Unlike Seongbin Yu, a similar character, he lacks any tragic background as an excuse for his actions.
